The camera does not have internal storage and requires a TF card (up to 64GB).

How do I transfer photos from the Insta Lux to a laptop or mobile device?

You can transfer photos using a memory card reader. Simply remove the memory card from the camera, insert it into a card reader, and then plug it into your laptop.

I just purchased the camera, but the image failed to print during the first attempt. What are the next steps?

It is occasionally normal for the very first print attempt on a new camera to require a second try, as the film inside the cartridge needs to settle fully. Please print the image one more time. If the second print still does not produce an image, please immediately contact our Customer Support team for dedicated troubleshooting and assistance.
