Customer service is terrible, if you ever need them they will take forever and ineffective. The watch is pretty but limited, there is no text possible from the kids
The watch has no number it works through an app. It doesn't work if its not on wifi, so I'm not sure what the $12 a month is for. There's better options out there. I should've just went with the bark watch from the beginning.
It is so hard to find a good camera for kids that isn't toxic. I was so happy to find this. Also the thrill for kids is to print their photos and with this camera it's affordable. I highly recommend it!
So I was gifted the two pack with the writing pad and the cases. Firstly, it was a near impossible to get into. It was very hard to try and open it even from the tiny square in the back where they made it initially accessible.
Next was the fact that I can’t get the pen to hook onto the tablet and ended up, pushing out the plastic now I can’t do it at all and it’s broken. And this was just initially putting it in the Hole the first time so obviously that is not well made there.
And then thirdly, the pen itself was completely stuck inside the pen holder section. When I finally got it free, it had some sticky residue all over it.
Our girls love these earbuds so much! I only wish there was a way to track them down if lost like AirPods? Other than that… BEST PURCHASE EVER!!!

This camera has been an absolute hit with my niece! She loves it and has been taking pictures nonstop since she got it. It’s incredibly easy for her to use, takes surprisingly great quality photos, and is the perfect size for her little hands to hold comfortably. The design is adorable and feels really well made, and the extra features make it even more fun for her to explore. I was also really impressed with the battery life — it lasts long enough for her to just shoot, shoot, shoot without constantly needing a recharge. Watching her get excited about taking pictures has been the best part. Highly recommend for any kid who loves being creative and capturing their own little adventures! 📸✨
The watch is a nice little stepping stone for my daughter. We don't believe she's ready for a phone but want her to show shes responsible, and preparing to have a phone. the watch allows us to communicate with her, and she is able to communicate with previously approved contacts. she has to make sure its charged, and makes sure shes wearing it, otherwise it won't work. shes a big fan of it and has faithfully worn it ans charged it every day since christmas (well except 2 times!)
I will say that once up and running its super easy to use, there is just a bit of complexity getting the app initally set up. If they could make that a better experience I'd Happily change the rating to 5 stars
I really like the aesthetics of this watch. My daughter really loves it too and she seems super proud to show it off to her friends. I love having the ability to keep her safe as she gains independence.
This watch has offered our family great safety and functionality, making it a reliable and smart/unique accessory for children. Only downfall we have experienced is the cost (subscription-based). It would be nice to not have to pay for this type of monitoring. Overall, my child has received a ton of compliments and others inquiring about the type of watch, place of purchase, etc. It's a great substitute for an actual apple watch, and much cheaper!
Super simple. I would love for this watch to have a least a few games to keep kida entertained. I wouldn’t buy this again. Not worth the price.
The setup was difficult. The watch constantly restarts all day and all night (yes, we have the latest software update). Very difficult to get a call to go through, both making and receiving calls. At least we can see our daughter's location. I would not recommend this.
Product works as expected. The packaging arrived with some concerns as the plastic of the packaging had been cracked. But the products appeared unharmed.
Purchased this camera for both of my granddaughters. Had to get one for each so they didn't fight over them. They love them. Always taking pictures and sharing. Now they don't steal their mom's phone to take pictures. Love that they have a lanyard.

Overall, it does the things we need (and does them well) but not necessarily all the things we'd want. My son was disappointed he couldn't access a keyboard, only emojis and prewritten messages. He wanted to send his own messages and gifs. And I wish there was speech-to-text as part of the voice message feature. It would also be nice if we could connect our Amazon Music family plan so they could listen to their playlists.
This camera is easy to use takes cute pictures and the printing quality is amazing! Though the screen keeps on freezing and it's very hard to turn back on. I would recommend this camera from parents that are looking forward to buy their kid a nice fun camera!
My 4 year old loves it, but I'm disappointed. The camera makes sounds when buttons are pressed. This can not be disabled in the settings. The screen is smaller than I expected. The image quality is just okay. The strap connects to plastic D rings that are on the silicon case. The D rings slipped off of the case twice within the first 2 hours of use - I removed them and connected the strap directly to the case. I thought this camera would be better qualify than the cheaper off-brand kid cameras on Amazon, but I don't think that is the case.
