I just purchased the camera, but the image failed to print during the first attempt. What are the next steps?

It is occasionally normal for the very first print attempt on a new camera to require a second try, as the film inside the cartridge needs to fully settle. Please try printing the image one more time. If the second print still does not produce an image, please immediately contact our Customer Support team for dedicated troubleshooting and assistance.
