It's very cool. You can put a sim card and make a call , a video call through it with your child or message with your child,it can measure the heart rate, the number of steps and the number of calories. You can download more than 500 songs. And I liked it very much that you can know where your child is because it has a GPS system and there is also a safe zone,You can specify the area that you do not want your child to be outside, and when she moves away from this area, a notification is sent to you to keep your child safe
Doesn’t work I have spent a week trying to setup the watch with no luck plus it is so hard to get in contact with tech support because they main office is not in USA the last time I spoke to them I was told that they were going to call me back between 24 to 48 hrs I never heard from them plus. When you communicate with them by email they reply back couple days later they told many times that I need to update the watch to the newest version which I did I even sent them a picture showing the watch was already updated. Every time that I got in contact with them they told me the same thing the watch needs to be updated I even have to pay for the shipping to return the watch
got it for my nephew. Set up was ok, not super easy but calling works
After reviewing all the watchphones out there I picked this one. The main reason is because you can't download apps into the watch and kids don't have access to internet, nor games.
So far is the only one that gave me peace of mind.
